SELF-PAY RATES

  • $111 per 55-minute session
  • $155 per 85-minute session
  • $88 per 55-minute session (reduced rate; limited slots available)
  • Our self-pay rates are lower than average for the services we offer. However, if the reduced rate is still not affordable, please reach out and discuss what you can afford. We never want someone to not receive therapy due to financial reasons. 

Insurance

We currently accept United Healthcare/Optum, Aetna, and BCBS of Oklahoma insurance plans (and more to come in the future)!

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. If so, we can provide a super bill1 that you can submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.2 Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

1 Super bills require a diagnosis code. If you are not comfortable having a diagnosis submitted to your insurance provider, self-pay is the best route.
2 It is not guaranteed that your insurance provider will reimburse you.

Payment

Payments will be accepted electronically via the secure client portal. You may pay with credit, debit, HSA or FSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
