Meet Lee Kelley, MS, LPC Associate, NCC

Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor, supervised by Shawna Storey-Lovin, MA, LPC-S. Lee earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2011. 

Lee has worked in a variety of settings providing counseling to a diverse group of clients. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families with issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, substance use, parenting, divorce, and serious mental illness, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. 

Prior to entering the mental health field, Lee gained over four years of experience as an investigator with Child Protective Services, which motivated her to pursue a counseling degree. In addition to working with individual clients at this practice, Lee serves as a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor at the Department of Veterans Affairs. 

Lee uses a variety of interventions including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based strategies. Lee supports and empowers people to achieve self-awareness and reach their therapeutic goals.
